These terms cover thehemlock.group and the free tools on it. By using the site you agree to them. Client engagements are governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

The free tools are a starting point

The Org Health Checkup and the articles on this site are general information. They're not professional, legal, financial or employment advice for your situation. Use them to start a conversation, not to make a decision on their own.

Our content

The writing, worksheets, frameworks and design on this site belong to The Hemlock Group. You're welcome to use them inside your own company and to share links to them. Please don't resell them, republish them as your own, or use them to run workshops for others without asking first.

Using the site fairly

Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or the client portal, and don't submit someone else's information through our forms.

Our internal assistant and Google data

The Hemlock Group's internal assistant connects only to Google accounts whose owners have allowed it. How it handles that data is set out in our privacy policy.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as is. We aren't liable for losses that come from using the free tools or the site, to the extent the law allows.

Links to other sites

We link to other sites when they're useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
